Please read our terms of sale prior to buying. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.

Information received will be used by Jaid Designs and shared with the courier to complete your order.  Please make us aware if you wish to change this.

When placing an order with us, it is your responsibility to provide your correct name, address, and postcode.

We cannot be held responsible for non – delivery, if inaccurate information is given.

Postage & Packing

Large items are dispatched using Hermes Parcel service via ‘Parcels2Go’

Small items dispatched by the Royal Mail.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment.

Please Note: Our couriers have a list of restricted UK postcodes (see list below), in addition there may be isolated postcodes that could be subject to additional postal charges.

Should this be the case we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Postage

We try to make sure the postage costs are fair and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you.

Please only buy the item if you are happy with the quoted postage.

In the event of a disputed delivery with our couriers we are happy to start a claim, 14 days must be allowed for this process to be completed.  A refund or a replacement can then be issued

Packaging

Where possible we will recycle materials to minimise costs.Using Corrugated wrapping and or cardboard where required.
All our items are packaged carefully as possible to ensure the item arrives safely.

Returns

Our aim is to maintain customer satisfaction and we hope to resolve any issues our customers have in a positive way. So in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, in the first instance please contact us.

We will be happy to replace where possible, or refund you for the item, if the item is found to be faulty or damaged, we reserve the right to inspect before issuing a refund or replacement part.  Claims for lost or damaged parcels can take between 2-3 weeks to complete, we have to wait for the couriers response before we can issue replacements, or refunds please be patient with us

Please be aware we cannot refund postage cost.
